REMOVE ALL BREAKABLES
such as lamps, vases, plants, knickknacks, beds, books from bookcases, etc. Clear items from closets, at least 4'-0" up from floor.

DISCONNECT AND MOVE ELECTRICAL ITEMS
computers, stereos, tv's etc.

Moving of items such as - refrigerator, stoves, pianos, stereos, aquariums etc. require SPECIAL HANDLING BY OTHER PROFESSIONALS - OUR INSTALLERS CANNOT MOVE THESE ITEMS.

SEAMS
Seams are not completely invisible. Discuss seam placement with your Aronson's project manager.

PROPER POWER
Make sure that adequate power, light and ventilation will be available 24 hours before, and during installation.

Normal installation methods may slightly scuff existing baseboards or walls. Our installers will use care to minimize this. Freshly painted baseboards will easily scuff.

A CERTIFICATE OF OUR INSURANCE
Coverage is occasionally required by many buildings. Please let us know at least three days in advance. We will need the listings of all named parties, and any "additionally insured."

Unless arrangements have been made with Aronson's in advance DISPOSAL OF TRASH is the customers responsibility.

DOORS
When installing new flooring, there is always the possibility that the doors may not swing free and will need to be trimmed. You may need to make arrangements with someone outside Aronson's Floor Covering to do this service for you. Our installers do not trim doors.

DELIVERY
We generally try to deliver all material at least 24 hours in advance of the installation. This allows the flooring to acclimate to room temperature for proper installation.
